Finding My Passion

It was great making money working full-time but there was something missing. I wasn't getting the satisfaction of helping others that I wanted. My search began again. This time I thought I would try an international mission trip since I had some capital. It was May 2011 and I wanted a trip towards the end of summer so I was behind schedule. I scoured website after website looking for the ideal trip. Numerous emails were sent with only one response. Coincidence, I think not. Clearly God intervened and had a bigger plan for my life.

I have always been interested in India for some reason so my searches were biased towards that country. Back2Back Ministries is the organization that responded saying they had a trip in two months. If I got working right away, I could go on the trip. I rushed to get my visa and application processed. A couple visits to the doctor and I would soon be on my way! The course of my life changed ever since that first trip and I am so happy that happened!
